Group Yoga Classes

Grab your friends and create your own class for group yoga in Fayetteville. We are so specialized, we allow you to create whatever it is you want. Groups can be from 2 people to whatever you’d like. We will come to you and teach the class – whether you want that weekly, monthly, one-time, etc.

For groups over 5 people, everyone will receive a discount.


1 – 4 people: $12 for 30-minutes or $18 for 60-minutes

5+ people: $10 for 30-minutes or $15 for 60-minutes

Power Yoga: Monday, 6-7 PM. $8 for 60-minutes

Yoga Flow: Tuesday, 6-7 PM. $8 for 60-minutes

Balance and flexibility: Thursday, 6-7 PM. $8 for 60-minutes

Saturday group class: $8 for 30-minutes


Well, that’s up to you! We will come to you, anywhere within 30-minutes of Downtown Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Types of Yoga Classes We Offer

Beginners Yoga

Learn the basics of yoga and sun salutations. Learn proper form with each pose and ways to modify to allow each posture to more accessible. These classes are focused heavily on injury prevention and is a great adjust therapy to aid in the relief of many physical ailments ie. Back pain, knee pain, hip pain.

Vinyasa Yoga

These classes are for beginners with some yoga background to advance students. We will synchronize movements with the breath to allow deeper mind body connection. Learn proper form for each posture and ways to have a rhythmic flow with each movement.


Power Yoga

These classes are for intermediate to advance students or for beginners who are ready to advance their practice. Class is heavily focused on strength and core. Learn ways to advance your practice while maintaining proper form and technique. 

Restorative Yoga

These classes are for all levels from beginners to experienced yogis. You’ll learn ways to decompress after a long day of work or school. We will focus on the mind/body connection, relaxation, and deep meditation.
