Fitness at the Park

We are thrilled to offer Fitness at the Park. These classes happen on Saturday and Sunday at Vander Community Park in Fayetteville, NC. These classes are open to the entire community and offer good music, great company and it’s an excellent deal. This class is only $10 for 1 hour. 

Saturday Yoga Class at 9am

Yoga for All (children 13+ welcome). This will be flow yoga class and will concetrate on proper form, alignment and breathwork.  

 

Sunday Fitness Class at 9am

High Intensity Interval Training Fitness Class. This will be a combination of polymetrics, cardio and strength training. This isn’t your momma’s Sunday stroll in the park. So come prepared and ready to ROCK IT OUT. (Adult Only Class)

 

What to Bring: Bring you water bottle full of water, your towel or yoga mat, and your energy. This class will challenge you with an intense, explosive session. This is at the park – yes, it’s outside. Check our calendar for upcoming dates
